INDIVIDUAL SUPERVISION

I work one-to-one with a coach to support, encourage and challenge them as they develop their professional skills, their business and their engagement with their clients.

GROUP SUPERVISION

I also work with coaches in small groups to explore and understand the challenges that have been bought up by their client work, to look at the wider systems and patterns that are emerging. We also look at business development as well as personal and professional development for each member.
