TAILORED FOR YOUR REQUIREMENTS

2 HOUR SKILL BUILDING

In two hours it’s possible to share both the theory and also practise the skill at a basic level. My interactive and experiential sessions deliver impactful skills development, in a stimulating and enjoyable way, in a short space of time.

HALF DAY WORKSHOPS

With half a day, the skills training can be expanded to include more practice time and participants leave with essential knowledge and some core muscle memory, clear about how to apply what they’ve learnt in their day to day environments.

FULL DAY WORKSHOPS

I can combine a number of elements together to deliver a day of skill building for a leadership team, that will develop their individual skills and enable time to practise, improve relationships amongst the team members, and enhance their effectiveness as leaders.

MULTI-DAY LEADERSHIP PROGRAMMES

I also have experience designing and running multi-day leadership programmes that run concurrently or are delivered in modules across a longer time period. I have developed programmes from scratch that are tailored for an organisation’s unique requirements and am experienced delivering these in-person and online.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME

Working alongside three fellow Executive and Team coaches, we have developed the 'Essential Skills' course for emerging leaders to learn, explore & practice leadership skills.

Aimed at global organisations that want to refresh the leadership style of their senior leaders and high potentials, the course gives individuals:

  • greater personal awareness and self-confidence as a leader;
  • leadership skills that are more aligned with new ways of working;
  • insights that will help them think strategically and be more productive; and
