High Performers: Myth and Science

What makes us high performers? How can we sustainably meet and exceed expectations of today’s world? Especially when we are entrepreneurs. There is often just one or few of us, or there is this responsibility for a full team that needs to start working smoothly and perform.

When coaching teams and individuals, I have noticed that there are a few beliefs that people have about being a high performer: I need to be an extrovert, I need to learn to multitask, I have to have more willpower and the list goes on. Maybe some of you reading this think the same? Let’s explore some of the beliefs that people have about high performance and look into what does research and neuroscience say about them. You might find that you are doing exactly what you need to be a high performer, or you might be relieved that you do not have to become someone else.

Coaches Supporting Young Entrepreneurs (CSYE) is presenting a webinar where Ave Peetri, PCC, will walk you through the latest research and neuroscience discoveries on what helps and what prevents high performance. We will have a discussion and some myth busting fun too!
