How I work
I take time to connect with the team leader and the individual team members to understand the situation from everyone’s point of view and all perspective. I look to ascertain both the surface and deep truth of all involved and the wider system and culture within which the team is operating. From there I encourage the team to determine its own aspirations, goals and objectives that they all buy into and are committed to achieving, and then I ensure the process design and interventions fit, to enable them to exceed their goals. My principles are to support, challenge and partner the team so they can co-create their new way forward.
I use a variety of tools, models and systems including those from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Transactional Analysis (TA), Conflict Handling (TKI), various type, trait and profiling tools (MBTI, Prophet, Prism) and various well-established and emerging coaching interventions (Marshall Goldsmith, Co-Active, Blanchard, Whitmore and many others)

I listen, deeply. I am endlessly curious, and hold a space of openness and possibility. I work with every member of the team – they all believe and trust I have their back and do not take sides. I do not judge. I work cleanly with every member. From this space of listening and connecting, I then hold their feet to the fire and keep them focused on delivering and driving results.
