My challenge to you is to reflect on how your business and senior executives listen to and value the contribution of women. Are you actively listening?
We are different. We are not just smaller men. In her award-winning book “Invisible Women” Caroline Criado Perez catalogues the myriad examples where products, services, thinking and even drug trials and medication are all based around default men. Women are not men. Our bodies, hormones, socialisation, communication, experiences are different. Women add huge value and are often unappreciated and overlooked.
