I was delighted to be invited to participate in a cross-cultural discussion addressing the challenges and opportunities facing leaders in both the short and long term. We had a rich conversation about leadership strategies and behaviours, exploring what leaders can do to stay resourceful as the coronavirus sweeps the world, redefining business and the global economy. We discussed key challenges of identity, responsibility and the mix of people on the panel demonstrated the different perspectives emerging from the different cultures on either side of the Atlantic (US and UK). It was a fascinating and insightful conversation.
